VACANCY: Support Officer role
We have a new role available at Blues Foundation to support the team during an exciting period of growth for our charity.
We are looking to recruit a Support Officer who is motivated, hard working and passionate about our work. The role will cut across a number of areas including project admin and analysis, fundraising and events management.
We are at an exciting stage of our charity which has seen is expand and growth significantly in the past twelve months. Therefore it is essential we build our team to ensure our charity can operate as successfully as possible.

Role Overview:
The Support Officer will play a key role in providing essential support to the Head of Foundation and projects teams. The role will encompass and deliver on a number of key areas including fundraising, community initiatives and project support for our Delivery and Outreach teams including data collection and reporting.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
To work directly with the Head of Foundation across a number of areas of the charities work and services.
Support the delivery teams across both Outreach and Delivery areas, providing administrative support where needed, as well as data collection.
Provide fundraising support across all areas of fundraising, including events and create innovative ways to support our fundraisers and volunteer base.
Through research identify areas of growth opportunities where appropriate and suitable against the objectives of the charity.
The Support Officer will be responsible for collating impact data and report these back to key members of the team.
Take responsibility for personal development and learning in conjunction with your line manager.
Follow the values of approach and behaviours of the Blues Foundation when working and representing the charity.
To carry out other duties for Blues Foundation as and when required by management, not limited to the above.
