Do you have a passion for community rugby? We are looking for a driven individual to transform our reach and delivery in schools and community rugby clubs.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to lead and grow our community rugby department. The Community Rugby Manager will lead and develop the department, as well as contribute to the wider aims and objects of the charity.
Role Overview:
Using the Blues Family values to reach more schools, rugby clubs and community settings, the Community Rugby Manager will strategically lead this area of work and create new opportunities for young people to experience rugby.
Leading a team of coaches, they will extend our work in schools and increase our rugby camp delivery, driving incoming into the charity. They will work closely with the Head of Foundation to plan, manage and oversee rugby delivery and future plans as we roll out our four-year strategy.
The Community Rugby Manager will have the opportunity to shape the department for years to come, implement their experience and ideas, giving local children a brilliant rugby experience.
The person:
