What is TRY to Change?
TRY to Change is our weight management programme that is designed to help adults over 30 find practical solutions that empowers you to make small but lasting steps to your life. Join like minded people with a common cause and motivation to make a change.
Over 10 weeks and via a combination of exercise classes, smaller bitesize workshops and informational sessions; taking pointers from all these different methods of learning will aid each individual embed positive behavioural traits long term.

What is involved?
All you need to do attend with an open mind. We will guide you through the 10 week programme which will involve exercise, workshops, advice and weigh ins to track progress. Exercise sessions will be matched to each individuals ability.
