Role Overview:

The Education Manager will strategically develop and manage our education programmes and play a key role in liaising with schools, developing a team of delivery staff and manage our alternative provisions.

They will ensure our programmes meet the needs of schools, align to the national curriculum where relevant and create an environment for students and staff to thrive.

The role is pivotal to the growth of our charity and will be responsible for managing budgets, as well as advocating for our work with partners and schools.

The Person:
