Blues Foundation are pleased to announce more summer multisport programmes across the upcoming School Holiday break, this time in the heart of Bedford.

Following our recent announcement regarding summer activity camps in Central Bedfordshire, which you can read more about here, we’re proud to be increasing our offer to  young people in our local community this summer with further activation right at the heart of the borough.

Every Wednesday and Thursday in August, based at Castle Newnham Primary School on Polhill Avenue (MK41 9DT), Blues Foundation are running further multisport projects with limited availability across all weeks for young people aged 8 – 12.

*Children who qualify for Pupil Premium or Free School Meals are entitled to FREE access to these camps. Special for these sessions is a further partnership with Taylors Kitchens, who will provide healthy lunches for every child each day.*

Dates available:

4th & 5th, 11th & 12th, 18th & 19th, 25th & 26th August (every Wednesday & Thursday in August).

It is well documented just how much exercise and physical activity can have a positive impact on those involved. Through our social media hashtag #SportForChange we are determined to continue having a positive impact on people’s lives within our community, with this the latest on a number of projects that enables Blues Foundation to reach more people across Bedfordshire and have a direct impact on their lives.

We are pleased to be providing further support this summer in a project offering wraparound support for Bedford’s Eastern European Community. This project has been designed to offer health care and advice, school support, and is to be delivered in collaboration with FACES, Early Childhood Partnership and IMPAKT.
